Message	Hey guys, I just installed Powertrix front and rear upper control arms as well as tension rods. Here is a pic of what I saw when I got home after the alignment: Now besides them looking like crap now, are the gouges going to affect the life of the control arms? Second, I thought that with the collars loose the arm would turn pretty easily. Is this not true? I almost think they didn't loosen the lock collars and just forced the arm to turn. (I could be wrong?), and if they didn't loosen the collars couldn't that damage the control arm? Could you guys give me your experience with this? I talked to them and they are saying "well you're car is aligned", but if the damage done is going to make the parts unsafe or halfen their life then I want them to reimburse me for them so I can replace them.
